The Vegtherm is an efficient electric fuel heater, capable of about 20°C (or more) temperature boost over ambient. The actual temperature rise will depend on flow rate.

It uses "positive temperature coefficient thermistors," which are solid-state, self-regulating heaters. It can pull 30 amps on cold fuel, but as the fuel heats up, or if you feed pre-warmed fuel in, the current decreases automagically, without the use of a thermostat.
