Paint Job

I took a few pictures while painting, then morphed them into each other. If I had planned this better, I would have taken all the shots from exactly the same spot, but in my limited attention space, documenting the process was secondary to getting it done!

The second half of the movie is a time-lapse of the final steps; I set my Olympus E-20 to take a picture every minute over a seven hour period. The camera was supplied with a 9 ampere-hour external battery during this period.

A high quality QuickTime movie is available, but it is nearly eleven megabytes. Plan for 15 minutes or more for it to get through my IDSL connection! It is not hinted or streaming, so you will have to wait for the entire download before you see anything. I'd suggest saving it to your disk for viewing off-line.
