DryLock Connector (female) & Racor Filter

The female DryLock (left) is mounted to the chassis with a stainless steel "U" bolt to a pair of hole-punched angles welded to the chassis. Similar angles support the Racor filter (right). Exhaust pipe is on bottom. Not shown is sheet aluminum mounted between the exhaust pipe and fuel components, to serve both as a heat shield and as a drip catcher. The Racor loses a few hundred milliliters of oil while cleaning, and the heat shield keeps it from hitting the exhaust pipe.
