Bytesmiths Support
Bytesmiths' fine-art prints (excepting note cards) are unconditionally warranted for the lifetime of the edition. If you are unsatisfied with your print for any reason, return it, and for a small shipping/handling fee, I will replace it with an identically numbered print.
I regret that I cannot replace prints that have been stolen or damaged beyond identification, nor can I replace prints once the edition is retired, as the original source materials are then destroyed.
I maintain a provenance service for my customers. For a nominal fee, you can transfer registry to a new owner, and prospective purchasers can verify a print's history.
Verification is limited to answering "yes/no" ownership questions. I protect your privacy, and never release information without your permission.
Bytesmiths' photography and reproduction services, with the exception of customer-supplied press-ready files, are guaranteed to meet your approval. Prints or photographic materials that are refused or returned before payment will be removed from your invoice.
Since I have no control of the quality of customer-supplied press-ready files, prints from such files are warranted against obvious material defects only.
