Crater Lake Sunrise
Description:
Where would the sun come up? I'm not sure, and am deep in thought over it, driving in the serene pre-dawn dusk, when two deer jump into my headlights, startling me back to reality.
A hawk circles lazily overhead as I set up my equipment, perhaps thinking, as was I, of breakfast.
Oh, no -- the lake won't fit the viewfinder! So I try an architectual "shift" lens, and shift it left and right to capture this panorama without moving the camera. It's not easy to get up before dawn, but when I do, it's always worth it!Category: Sunrise/Sunset,Vista,Water
